This group is for the research collaboration between Profs. Fisher and Murthy (and potentially others) that focuses on the development of models for thermal transport spanning from atomic to continuum scales. Atomistic approaches include Green’s function methods, lattice dynamics, and molecular dynamics. Mesoscopic approaches primarily involve Boltzmann transport equation solvers.
